Part 3 Update:
Tuesday i had the hearing, my union rep(my dad) was allowed in this time after i found out he's forked out £150 to make the union!!! My dad ovbiously cares about me too much.
So the hearing lasted 3 hours, i told them all i could, but i still think im gonna lose my job, which makes me feel so depressed.
I believe i'll find out wed via letter what the results are. But either way im appealing then taking them before a tribunal.

Part 2 update: Well Thursday me and my dad arrived early, my boss and the other lady involved in the hearing were stood outside smoking their fags, so we had to wait 10 mins for them to finish, then when i introduced my dad as my union rep i could see the warning signs going off in their minds hehe. I was trying hard not to smile, but they asked for evidence that this union exists.

right so this union was formed on the 9th nov 2009, it isnt listed but its still recognised as a union because we have 12 months to order certificates and members badges as such, so because my dad didnt have id they kept us waiting for 30mins on the shop floor whilst they talked with their legal team. My dad had done his homeowrk, we were ready to proceed, they however were not.

So the hearing has been delayed until tues but we're gonna push it back as basically they've denied me a right to a union rep, so we're going to claim compensation. A letter arrived saying my dad could not be allowed in, which is bull poo as we have looked up all the legal stuff that says he can.

This bitch is gonna wish she hadnt accused me in the first place, im now making her life a living hell.

part 1 update: Tomorrows my hearing, i believe im well prepared, my dad started his own union and im a member XD so im happy my dad will be with me, coz hes going to go all kinds of ape shit on them.
Wish me luck everyone and hopefully i'll still have my job.


yeah so ive been accused of stealing £1000 from my work today, ive been suspended , paid suspended should i say which was fucking nice of them...

im so pissed right now and the drink is fueling the anger even more.

how dare they accuse me! i'm not stupid i know my jobs not worth going to prison for!

they want to get the police involved, i said bring it on i have nothing to hide. i was in shock and cried about it when my boss told me which made her think shes guilty, what a bitch.

I will win this, i will make her plead her sorry ass when they realise it was a mistake.
